If you live in…](https://slumberr.com/party-with-slumber-winter-haven-florida/) Good to know ## Frequently asked questions ### Do you offer glamping tent rentals? Yes — our glamping tent rentals are luxury bell tents styled for the ultimate glamping party: cozy bedding, lighting and decor, delivered and set up in your backyard. ### How many guests fit in a bell tent? Our bell tents sleep up to 8 depending on configuration — tell us your headcount and we will tailor the layout. ### Is glamping comfortable in Florida weather? Yes. Tents are weatherproof with airflow in mind, and we advise on the best season, shade, and setup spot for your date. ### Where can you set up? Backyards, venues, and approved outdoor spaces with reasonably flat ground. Setup on turf or indoors adds a $75 sandbag fee instead of staking. ### What is included? The styled bell tent, beds and fresh linens, lighting, rugs, and decor — plus delivery, setup, and next-day takedown. ### Can you theme it? Absolutely. From boho to milestone birthdays, we style to your vision — add themed PJs, robes, and goody bags to match. ### Is it good for adults too? Very. Glamping is a favorite for anniversaries, retreats, bachelorette weekends, and corporate offsites. ### How far do you travel? We serve Central and South Florida. Travel is free within 20 miles of Winter Haven, with a simple flat rate beyond. Corporate and large-scale bookings are welcome. ### What is a glamping party? A glamping party is "glamorous camping" — a styled outdoor sleepover with bell tents, real bedding, rugs, lanterns and décor instead of sleeping bags. Slumberr sets up [backyard glamping](https://slumberr.com/services/backyard-glamping-package/) parties across Florida for birthdays, teen hangouts and family celebrations, with themed styling and optional add-ons like an outdoor movie screen or luxury picnic table. ### Can you really glamp in a Florida backyard year-round? Mostly, yes — Florida's best glamping months are October through May, when evenings are cool and dry. Summer parties work too: we position tents for shade and airflow, and many hosts pair glamping with a foam party or pool afternoon, then move the sleepover indoors if a storm rolls in.
