Booking & Payments - A booking is confirmed only after a signed agreement (if applicable) and payment of the required deposit. - Full payment must be made before your scheduled event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed rate. ### 2. Cancellations & Refunds - Cancellations made **7+ days before the event** may be eligible for a refund, minus the deposit. - Cancellations made within **7 days of the event** may result in forfeiture of the deposit. - In the case of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost (subject to availability). ### 3. Security Deposit & Damages - A refundable security deposit may be required at booking. - Clients are responsible for any damages, stains, or loss of rental equipment during the event. - Repair or replacement costs exceeding the deposit will be billed to the client. ### 4. Event Setup & Client Responsibilities - The client must provide a safe, clean, and accessible space for setup. - All pets, food, and drinks must be kept away from rental equipment unless otherwise agreed. - The client must ensure adequate power supply and access for installations requiring electricity. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while using our equipment. ### 5. Safety Rules - Equipment must be used only as intended. - No smoking, open flames, or sharp objects near rental setups. - Slumberr Party is not responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from misuse of rental items. ### 6. Liability & Indemnification - By booking our services, the client agrees to release **Slumberr Party** from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages during the event. - The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to the use of our services or equipment. ### 7. Photography & Promotion - Slumberr Party may take photos of setups for promotional purposes. - If you prefer not to have photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing before your event. ### 8. Refusal of Service We reserve the right to refuse service if: - The event location is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. - The client fails to comply with payment or contract requirements. ### 9. Changes to Terms Slumberr Party reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. ### 10.
