The Fine Print, Beautifully Kept
Questions, answered.
How does pricing work?
Every piece lists a transparent “from” price, and your concierge tailors the final quote to guest count, date, and location. Travel is billed from Winter Haven, and locations two or more hours out carry a $500 party minimum before travel. A deposit holds your date, and there are no surprises on the invoice. Call for a quote.
How far ahead should I book?
Saturdays fill first, and popular weekends reserve weeks ahead. That said, we occasionally rescue a last-minute party. Call and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How much space do you need?
Each teepee needs roughly a 46×75-inch footprint; glamping bell tents want about 26 feet of flat ground outdoors. Tell us your room or yard size and we will compose the layout for you. That is the concierge’s job, not yours. Text us your space.
What about Florida rain?
We plan for it, because we live here too. Many setups move indoors gracefully, and we will work with you on covered options or flexible rescheduling if the sky refuses to cooperate. Ask about your date.
Are the linens and props cleaned?
Linens, cushions, and props are cleaned and sanitized between events. Allergy notes are followed closely at every station. Just tell us when you book. Text us your notes.
Do you really clean everything up?
Down to the last sequin. Depending on your package we return for takedown or strike the same night. Either way, you wake up to your living room, not the aftermath. Design your party.
