Booking & planning

How do I book a party?
Request a quote on any page (or the Party Planner at /book/) — no deposit needed to ask. Nikki replies within 24 hours to confirm details, then your date is locked in.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends in season book fast — 2 to 4 weeks ahead is comfortable, but always ask about your date; we make same-week magic happen when we can.
Can you match a custom theme?
Themes are our specialty — browse 50+ at /party-themes/ or dream up your own and our Custom Theme service builds it from scratch.
Do you bundle multiple experiences?
Yes — it is our favorite kind of party. Use the Build-Your-Party section on any service page to bundle a sleepover, activity stations, and rentals into one delivery and one quote.

The day of your party

What should I expect on party day?
A hassle-free experience: clear the party room, then leave the rest to us. We deliver and assemble everything — bedding, pillows, fairy lights, garland — beautifully decorated before your guests arrive, and return the next day to pack it all up.
How long does setup take?
Generally 60–90 minutes for a 6–10 teepee party setup, and 45–60 minutes for pack-down. We agree on a delivery window with you and confirm it a few days before your event.
Do I need to clean anything?
No — takedown, haul-away, and cleanup of our setups are always included. You keep the memories, we take the mess.

Travel & fees

Where do you travel?
All of Central and South Florida. Travel is FREE within 20 miles of Winter Haven (including Lakeland), with simple flat fees elsewhere — see the full city list on our Areas We Service page.
Are there hidden fees?
No — your quote is itemized. The only common add-ons are a $50 stair fee where setups involve stairs and a $75 sandbag fee when staking isn’t possible (turf, concrete, indoors).

Safety, insurance & allergies

Are you insured?
Fully — and we provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) and W-9 directly to venues, usually same-day.
What about guest allergies?
Slumberr is not responsible for allergic reactions related to rentals or activity stations (sleepover setups, slime, lip gloss, lotion, paint, treats, and similar). If any guests have allergies, it is the host’s responsibility to inform attendees and manage those risks — review materials with us before your event and we’ll gladly advise.
Are your setups clean?
Every linen is laundered per event and every unit is cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked before delivery. Adult items (like the hookah den) are stored entirely separately from kids equipment.
